We're dedicated to securing maximum value on their behalf — approximately 68 cents out of every dollar earned goes back to our grower-owners — and our dividend model ensures that economic success is shared. We also value the boots-on-the-ground perspective our grower-owners can provide when making business decisions.
Our plant in Douglas, Georgia, sponsors a mobile walk-in health clinic that is free for employees, shareholders, and their families to use. We also recognize employees' performance and invest in their professional growth and development, creating opportunities for advancement across all departments.
Our dual investments in industry-leading technology and product engineers to monitor quality and safety ensure we're delivering the best product available on the market today. We're also proud of our greater than 99.5% on-time delivery rate, and our customer service representatives are responsive to customer concerns whenever they do arise.
One important way we do this is by purchasing fresh produce from local farmers and distributing it to employees on a biweekly basis. We also sponsor and support worthwhile causes, ranging from church-sponsored activities and school programs to youth sports teams, 4H, and the Future Farmers of America.
